Bu proje kare uzay çerçeve / yükseklik 16 metre / toplam uzunluk 30 metre / toplam açıklık 18 metredir.

1. Çelik uzay çerçevenin montajı, alt yapı ekseni ve gömülü levha kabul edildikten sonra yapılmalıdır.Alt destek için gereksinimler şunlardır: bitişik destekler arasındaki yükseklik farkı (L2 mesafesi): aynı yükseklikte L2/800 ve 10 mm'nin daha küçük değeri En yüksek ve en düşük destek arasındaki yükseklik farkı: 20 mm;

2. Çelik uzay çerçevenin kurulum sürecini, ağın kuvvetine ve yapısal özelliklerine ve sahadaki gerçek inşaat koşullarına göre belirleyin;

3. Çelik uzay çerçeve kurulduktan sonra kontrol edilmelidir:

a.Dikey ve yatay yan uzunluk sapmasının izin verilen değeri, uzunluğun 1/2000'idir ve 30 mm'den büyük olmamalıdır;

b.İzin verilen merkez ofset değeri, çelik uzay çerçevesinin açıklığının 1/3000'i olmalı ve 30 mm'den büyük olmamalıdır;

c.Çevre tarafından desteklenen ağ çerçeve için, izin verilen yükseklik sapması bitişik desteğin 1/400'ü kadardır ve 15 mm'den büyük olmamalı ve maksimum ve minimum 30 mm'den büyük olmamalıdır;birden fazla nokta tarafından desteklenen ağ çerçeve için izin verilen yükseklik sapması bitişik desteğin 1/800'üdür ve 30 mm'den büyük olmamalıdır;

d.Spesifikasyonlara ve tasarım gereksinimlerine göre ızgara sapmasını tespit edin.İnşaattan sonra, çelik uzay çerçevenin sehimi, tasarım hesaplama değerinin %115'inden fazla olmayacaktır.(L/250 ızgara çerçevesinin maksimum sapma değeri)

4. Lokal olarak kaynak topları varsa, kaynak topunun ve çubuğun kaynağında oluk kaynağı kullanılır ve kaynak dikişi kalitesi ikinci dereceden düşük olmamalıdır.

5. Çelik uzay çerçevenin montajı tamamlandıktan sonra uzay çerçeve bağlantılarının ve çubuklarının yüzeyi temiz, iz ve kirden arındırılmış olmalıdır.Cıvata bilyalı mafsalların mafsalları ve fazla delikleri gres ile doldurulmalı ve kapatılmalıdır.

6. Şebekenin kullanımı sırasında her 4 ila 5 yılda bir kapsamlı korozyon önleyici bakım yapılmalıdır.

After construction, the deflection of the grid frame shall not be greater than 115% of the design calculation value. (Maximum deflection value of grid frame L/250) 4. If there are welding balls locally, groove welding is used for welding the welding ball and the rod, and the welding seam grade should not be lower than the second grade. 5. After the installation of the grid frame is completed, the surface of the joints and rods should be clean and free of scars and dirt. The joints and excess holes of the bolt ball joints should be filled and sealed with grease. 6. During the use of the grid, comprehensive anti-corrosion maintenance should be carried out every 4 to 5 years.
